Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers eggsoyrice apps whose App Store listing or in-app information links to it, when data is processed only on the device and is not sent to systems operated by eggsoyrice.

The app-specific App Store information and in-app notices should be read with this policy to confirm coverage.

2. Developer collection and transmission

eggsoyrice does not collect personal information, usage records, diagnostics, or content you enter or create through covered apps, and does not configure those apps to transmit that data to the developer.

3. Third-party sharing and external transmission

Because eggsoyrice does not collect or hold personal information from covered apps, it does not disclose that information to third parties, engage a processor to handle it, or transfer it internationally.

Covered apps do not include third-party SDKs that transmit personal information or app data for advertising, analytics, or tracking.

4. Data on your device

App settings and content you enter or create may be stored and processed on your device to provide the app’s functions. eggsoyrice cannot access that data and does not hold a copy.

If device backup or synchronization is enabled, the operating system or a service you choose may process the data. That processing is not collection or transmission by eggsoyrice.

5. Apple and the App Store

Apple may process information independently of eggsoyrice to operate the App Store and handle downloads and, where applicable, purchases, subscriptions, payments, refunds, security, and diagnostics. Apple’s terms and privacy policy govern that processing, which eggsoyrice does not control.

You can review and choose the privacy and diagnostic-sharing settings available on your device and through the App Store.

6. Retention, deletion, and your choices

Because eggsoyrice does not collect or hold data from covered apps, there is no developer-set retention period and no developer-side deletion process.

You can manage on-device data using features provided in the app, device settings, or by deleting the app. You are responsible for deciding whether to preserve anything you need before deletion. Data in device backups or information held by Apple is managed under the relevant service’s settings and policies.

7. Children’s privacy

Covered apps are not designed to intentionally collect children’s personal information or transmit it to eggsoyrice. The app’s age rating and a parent or guardian’s device and App Store settings also apply.

8. Changes to this policy

If an app’s features or data practices change, eggsoyrice will update this policy or provide an app-specific notice before the new practices apply. In particular, developer collection, external transmission, or a new processing purpose would be a material change outside the existing local-only baseline.

An updated policy will show a new effective date. You can review the latest linked policy before or after installing an app update.
